Minister of Administration and Interior, from the administrative point of view. As judiciary police, AGD officers are coordinated by case prosecutor, when carrying out investigations.

The organisation reports to:

• Preventing and countering corruption deeds committed by the Ministry of Interior and Administrative Reform personnel.

Powers and tasks:

• As judiciary police, AGD carries out specific measures for investigating corruption offences, committed by the MoIAR personnel
   

• Organizes and carries out integrity tests
   

• Carries out prevention activities;
  Drafts risk and strategic analysis and proposes corrective measures
